History 

Scott's Yoga studies began in September 1991 as an alternative to medications for arthritis and anxiety. Years later, he obtained his teacher certifications from Namah Shivaya in Dallas, where he now serves on the teacher training faculty, and bestowed the title of Yoga Acharya by his Teacher, Yoga Acharya Tej Monga. Scott is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance and brings more than 1,600 hours of training, years of personal practice and over 3,700 hours of teaching, in service to those seeking a calmer, more relaxed mind and body. He is a supporting member of the Texas Yoga Association.

By day, Scott fights heart disease and stroke for the American Heart Association.
